The Ventura County Asian American Bar Association, in partnership with the Ventura County Bar Association and the VC Alternative Dispute Resolution section, is excited to put on a virtual panel featuring two experienced and distinguished Asian American dispute resolution professionals: Navigating Virtual Mediation and Arbitration Hearings in the COVID-19 Era and Beyond.

Kelly A. Knight, Esq. (Judicate West) and Hiro N. Aragaki, Esq., FCIArb (JAMS) will discuss the pros and cons of virtual alternative dispute resolution, key practical considerations to ensure a successful process, and the trends they have seen since March 2020.
